Ally Psychiatry is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing team in Atlanta, Georgia. Position Highlights

• Full-time position 
• Monday-Friday schedule 
• Shared call rotation (one night per week and one weekend per month)

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations 
• Provide medication management and ongoing treatment planning 
• Develop individualized care plans for adult and adolescent patients 
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals 
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation within the EMR 
• Participate in the shared call schedule and assist with urgent patient needs as required

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited PMHNP program 
• Active Georgia PMHNP license (or ability to obtain) 
• DEA registration or eligibility 
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills 
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-based environment 
• Prior psychiatric experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
