Behavioral Health Clinic (BHC) is a growing multidisciplinary mental health organization serving communities across Wisconsin through outpatient clinics, school-based services, and statewide telehealth programs. We are seeking compassionate and motivated Psychiatric Providers who want to practice in a collaborative, evidence-based environment focused on quality care, accessibility, and professional growth.
We are currently hiring full-time and part-time providers to deliver psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and collaborative behavioral health services.
Remote or Hybrid – Milwaukee Area
This position offers flexibility based on provider location and preference. Providers may work fully remotely from anywhere in the United States, provided they maintain an active Wisconsin license, or work in a hybrid capacity using BHC’s Milwaukee-area office locations, including 3rd Ward, West Allis, West Bend, Brookfield and Grafton.
Hybrid providers may incorporate in-person clinical services and team collaboration into their schedules based on client needs, office availability, and mutual agreement. BHC is committed to maintaining a flexible work environment that supports quality patient care and provider work-life balance.

Qualifications
MD, DO, or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP/APNP)
Active Wisconsin license or eligibility to obtain Wisconsin licensure
Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain it
Passion for collaborative, patient-centered mental health care

Compensation Options
Fee-for-service compensation with competitive rates based on licensure, experience, and services provided

Market-competitive salary based on experience, responsibilities, schedule, and clinical role
