Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Titan Placement Group, is hiring a Psychiatrist in St. Louis, Missouri.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient psychiatry position serving children and adults
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management visits
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and mental health education
• Collaborate with primary care providers, psychologists, nurses, and social workers
• Utilize EPIC EMR within an integrated care environment
• Mission-driven organization focused on serving the community

SCHEDULE
• Flexible 4-Day or 5-Day Work Week Options
• Outpatient Setting
• No Nights
• No Weekends
• No Call Responsibilities

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Base Salary: $195,000 - $295,000 (Based on Experience)
• Student Loan Repayment: Up to $110,000

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry REQUIRED
• Active Missouri Medical License or Ability to Obtain REQUIRED

• Experience treating both children and adults
• Community mental health experience
