Job Description - Psychiatrist(Child/Adolescent) Needed Near Dekalb, IL(1 hour West Chicago)

Healthcare United is expanding its team and seeking a skilled BC/BE Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist for a hospitalist -based practice near DeKalb, IL, 1 hour from west Chicago. This role involves overseeing the child and adolescent inpatient unit situated in our state -of -the -art Women’s and Children’s Hospital.

Overview:

Provides psychiatric support in dedicated rooms within the Emergency Department

24 -hour crisis intervention team for ED call.

Academic appointment and teaching opportunities are available

Requirements

Board Certification in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry

Active Illinois medical license or eligibility for licensure

Experience in inpatient child and adolescent psychiatry

Commitment to academic excellence and teaching
