DELI / PREPARED FOODS CLERK
Essential Job Functions & Requirements
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Servicing customers.
Back room preparation of product ie., opening roast beefs, hams, etc.
Cleaning and sanitation of the equipment and work area.
Washing down cooler, which may require moving product and racks.
Putting away loads.
Loading product into the case.
Assist in the cheese bazaar area/ordering, set‑up and put away loads.
Rewrapping product at the end of the night.
Restocking bread and snack racks in front of deli cases.
Load chicken oven/prepare sandwiches daily.
Clean Fry‑O‑Lators, Chicken Rotisserie and backroom area.
Other job functions as assigned or necessary
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Lifting up to 60 lbs.
0‑10 lbs ‑ 45% of your lifting day
