AV Taxi Rides is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Public Relations Associate to support brand communication, customer outreach, and public-facing initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with public relations and customer communication initiatives
• Support promotional campaigns and community outreach activities
• Respond to customer and general public inquiries professionally
• Help prepare company communication materials and updates
• Monitor customer feedback and assist with communication follow-up
• Maintain organized records of outreach and communication activities
• Support administrative and office coordination tasks as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email platforms)
• Professional attitude and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Salary Range

$20 – $29 per hour
