What You’ll Do 

As the Purchasing Associate you'll report to the department manager.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, sourcing requested products from technicians, verifying product requests match customer quote, job staging, PO receiving, reconciliation and returns, and other projects as assigned.  

Basic Requirements (Required Skills/ Experience): 

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record 
• Advanced computer skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for most of your shift 
• Ability to pass a drug test and a background check upon hire 
• Trade knowledge required- Electrical knowledge preferred
• Reconciliation of orders with vendors; return coordination and processing 
• Warehouse replenishment and cycle counts 
• Material/job auditing 
• Detail oriented with an attitude to serve others; while maintaining our core values of Family, Care, and Grow 
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), six months of related experience including use of standard maintenance related power tools, or combination of education and experience 
• Good written and oral communication skills; ability to read and interpret formal, contractual documents 
• Capacity to work independently 
• Forklift certification (desired, not required) 
• Experience with ServiceTitan customer relationship management platform preferred
• Parts ordering in accordance with submission from technicians; complete order picking and job staging  

Job Type: Full-time 

Job Shift: 8am-5pm

Compensation: $20.00- $22.00/ hr + Monthly Bonus Structure
