Purchasing Coordinator

There is an opening for a Purchasing Coordinator for Ellwood National Forge (ENF) in Irvine, PA, however, from time to time maybe assigned to the Warren/Corry plants.  This non-exempt salary position reports to the Director of Purchasing.  

Responsibilities include but are not limited to those detailed below:

JOB DUTIES:

• Coordinate subcontracting product lines as assigned.


• Assist in procuring of supplies and materials as assigned for ENF facilities continued operations.


• Meets attendance requirements


• Abides by all policies and procedures established by the Company


• Performs other duties as deemed necessary

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or GED


• 2 – 4 years prior experience in a manufacturing or purchasing role


• Strong personal computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Syteline)


• Excellent organizational skills; ability to file and retrieve data efficiently


• Excellent interpersonal skills


• Detail oriented with ability to prioritize multiple projects


• Ability to function independently and take initiative


• Good communication skills
