The role

• Manage a distributed buying team across the Americas, with buyers based in the Southeast US and Mexico
• Own supplier and commodity strategy across the region
• Work flexibly across US and Mexico time zones

What we need

• 10+ years hands-on automotive purchasing experience
• Strong grasp of materials, commodities, and market dynamics. Competitor experience is a strong plus
• Someone who evolves with new material technology rather than sticking to the old playbook
• Quick-thinking, adaptable, ready to move at pace

Compensation
Around $140,000 base. 10% bonus, with a review at 6 months for a move to 15%.
