Python Full Stack Developer - Freelancer / Remote

Python Full Stack Developer Freelance / Part Time • Remote • ~10 hrs/week

We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Full Stack Developer to support technical development, code review, and application quality initiatives for a  professional learning platform.

This role is suitable for professionals with strong hands-on experience in building, debugging, reviewing, and maintaining production-grade full stack applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python full stack applications
• Build and integrate backend services using FastAPI or Django
• Develop responsive front-end applications using React and TypeScript
• Review code for quality, security, performance, and maintainability
• Create automation scripts and deployment workflows using Docker and CI/CD tools
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and contribute to architecture discussions
• Develop and maintain automated test suites using pytest and unittest
• Work on enterprise-scale applications and production environments

Required Experience

• 1–10 years of Python development experience
• Strong expertise in Python, FastAPI or Django, React, and TypeScript
• Experience with PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, and database optimization
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Linux, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of microservices architecture 
• Experience with async Python, concurrency, and performance optimization
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP will be preferred
