Position Summary
The Quality & Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) Manager is responsible for leading the site's quality management system while fostering a safe, compliant, and continuous improvement-focused manufacturing environment. This role partners closely with Operations, Production, Maintenance, Human Resources, and Corporate EH&S to ensure product quality, employee safety, and operational excellence.
This position serves as the site's primary leader for Quality and EH&S activities, driving continuous improvement initiatives, supporting compliance with company standards, and promoting a culture where quality and safety are integral to daily operations.
The Quality & EH&S Manager will maintain and improve these systems while partnering with the Corporate EH&S team, which provides expertise in regulatory compliance, permitting, and environmental programs.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $56,000 USD - $66,000 annually. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
