Your Role

• Inspect completed buildings using our quality checklist
  
• Ensure all products meet company standards; return for rework if needed
  
• Identify patterns in quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and share findings with the Operations Manager
  

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of residential construction experience
  
• QC experience MUST be from carpentry or construction related roles
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  
• Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to change
  
• Excellent communication skills for addressing quality issues
