Quality Control Supervisor

Looking for a Quality Control Supervisor for supporting a major construction project. This role oversees quality inspections for mechanical systems, ductwork, and piping, helping ensure installations meet project specifications, applicable codes, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onsite inspections with construction teams and subcontractors.
• Review inspection requests, drawings, procedures, and inspection and test plans.
• Identify deficiencies, communicate corrective actions, and track resolution.
• Maintain inspection records, quality documentation, nonconformance reports, and punch lists.
• Monitor subcontractor quality activities and report inspection progress to the Quality Manager and project leadership.

Relevant Background

• Construction quality control experience involving mechanical systems, ductwork, and piping.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and applicable ASME/API codes.
• Experience coordinating inspections and overseeing subcontractor quality.
• Strong documentation, communication, and follow-through skills.
• Relevant welding or inspection credentials, including CWI, should be highlighted when applying.
