Salary: $140,000-$180,000

Quality Director Opportunity: 

• Quality Director will lead hospital-wide Quality Management, Performance Improvement, Patient Safety, and Risk Management initiatives
  
  


• Oversees compliance initiatives, survey readiness, and corrective action planning to ensure adherence to CMS, state, and federal requirements
  
  


• Partners with executive leadership, medical staff, and department leaders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement sustainable solutions
  
  


• Quality Director emphasizes quality and compliance to promote quality patient care; fosters a culture of collaboration and excellence
  
  

Quality Director Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required; master’s degree preferred
  
  


• Minimum of 5 years of professional healthcare experience in an acute care setting, with experience in Performance Improvement and regulatory surveys
  
  


• Previous Quality Director roles are a plus!
  
  


• Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) designation within one year of hire
