Job Description - QUALITY MANAGER

Quality Manager

Salary: $90,000.00 to $100,000.00

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee and implement quality assurance systems for a state-of-the-art manufacturing operation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the coordination and administration of plant-wide quality management systems to comply with ISO 9001 standards
Develop and implement quality training programs for staff
Address quality issues with vendors, customers, and internal teams
Review and update quality standards and procedures to ensure program effectiveness
Ensure compliance with company policies

Qualifications

Relevant degree preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management (TQM, SPC, ISO 9000 / 9001) in a manufacturing environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with quality-related software and computer systems
