The primary purpose of the position is to establish and administer quality compliance programs, serve as the key holder of all training programs and ensure quality compliance, take ownership for quality related investigations and drive problem solving to reduce reoccurrence. Engage MAU Operations Leadership and employees to drive a quality culture that is focused on zero quality incidents, and employee awareness / engagement of quality.
Essential Functions
Project Management:
Manages the MAU Quality Programs:
On-Boarding of new associates
Cardinal Quality Rules
Training and validation for all associates from a quality Aspect
Identify appropriate checklist and validation tools for all job tasks
Oversees and helps develop training material, standard work, and other documents to help standardize processes and keep employees aware of their quality responsibilities
Creates processes to ensure profitability by minimizing scrap liability:
Work closely with the customer and MAU Leadership Team to ensure Quality is Job One!
Performs Quality Audits via Layered Quality Audits.
Trend Quality Data to help define quality gaps.
Conduct 4SPS to eliminate gaps.
Mentor/Coach associates in regards to quality.
Manage BIB Standard Program
Conduct Quality Gemba’s with Team / Employees and Site Manager
Produce One Point Quality Communications & Quality Alerts
Complete Plant Quality Standard Audit Monday – Friday
Manages Daily & Monthly Customer Quality KPI’s
Review Customer Flow Manager’s Report Daily
Out of Age Investigation / FYT Follow-Up
Quality Team Champion
Crisis Management:
On call 24/7 for all MAU Site Wide quality issues: cardinal quality rule

Work Environment or Working Conditions
The working conditions and environments are created by our customers’ facilities both in administrative areas and manufacturing environments. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Customer sites sometimes include process manufacturing equipment and heavy power industrial vehicles. Environments may vary from non-temperature-controlled environments to GMP clean room required.
Physical Demands
This position may require the following to be performed with or without reasonable accommodation:
Ability to bend, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift approximately 75 pounds
Ability to continuously mount and dismount a vehicle
Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours
Ability to climb 5 flights of stairs multiple times a day

This role requires up to 5% travel.
