This role follows an onsite work model, requiring employees to be in our local office five days per week\n\nRelocation\n\nRelocation assistance is not available for this position at this time.\n\nVISA\n\nBoston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment VISA for this position at this time.\n\n \n\nYour responsibilities will include:\n\n * Identify and troubleshoot process, material or equipment issues to minimize downtime and meet production goals.\n * Modify existing and develop new tooling and fixtures.\n * Revise existing documents, processes, and/or methods to improve processes.\n * Work with vendors and suppliers to procure and install tooling, fixtures, and equipment.\n * Work with engineers on continuous improvement projects and new product transfers.\n * Work with departmental customers to improve material / process quality.\n * Identify and assist in resolving safety, health, or environmental issues associated with processes or equipment, and maintain compliance with good manufacturing practices.\n * Train and provide technical support or direction to product builders and other technicians.\n * Write and execute validation protocols and technical reports.\n\n\n\n \n\nRequired qualifications:\n\n * 1 year of experience with a high school diploma/degree/equivalent\n\n\n\n \n\nPreferred qualifications:\n\n * Previous medical device experience with a focus on quality\n * Communication, problem-solving, and adaptability\n\n\n\nRequisition ID: 627330\n\nMinimum Salary: $ 38688\n\nMaximum Salary: $ 65728\n\nThe anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) \u2013 see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com\u2014will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role.
