Managers are full-time employees and should have open availability during the week and Saturdays. We are searching for enthusiastic, motivated and responsible managers who love to work with people and inspire their team to be the best they can for our customers. You will be working in a professional, fun and exciting environment while providing the world's best soda and snacks.
Responsibilities:
You will be expected to deliver extraordinary experiences to all of our customers. Managers must be effective problem solvers to fix customer conflicts and challenges that arise at their location.
Day to day responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following: order inventory, schedule employee shifts, interview, hire, train and terminate employees and set a high standard of excellence for exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
Applicants must have a friendly, outgoing personality. Previous work experience is expected, and previous leadership experience is preferred. Managers must always be "on-call" during business hours. You must be confident to make suggestions and comfortable with up-selling.
About the Location:
Our Queen Creek store is located on 20850 E Heritage Loop Queen Creek 85142. The store hours are from8am-9pm Mon-Thurs | 8-10pm Fri and 9am-10pm Sat | Closed Sundays.
