Quick Hire - Hospice RN in Zanesville, OH with $2160 Weekly Gross

Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is seeking Hospice RN for a 13-week travel / contract position in Zanesville, OH. Accepting both local and traveler candidates.

Position Details:

Pay Rate: Range $2088 to $2160 Weekly Gross pay based on a 36-hour work week (Includes non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Unit: Inpatient and Home 

Shifts available: Nights 

Schedule: 36 hours / week guaranteed, 3 shifts per week, Mon-Fri with every third weekend. 1 shift/week in inpatient, 2 shifts/week in home setting, No call 

Position Requirements:

• Registered Nurse: 1+ years - Required
  


• Hospice Nursing experience: 1 year – Required
  


• EPIC EMR experience - Required
  


• Willing to attend Epic remote training for Hospice - Required 
  


•  Willing to work both inpatient/home settings - Required 
  


• Must have valid Driver’s License. Reliable Vehicle, and provide proof of Personal Auto Liability Insurance
  

Education, License and Certification Requirements:

• ASN or an equivalent – Required
  


• BSN or an equivalent – Highly preferred
  


• RN License for State applying or Compact if accepted in the state - Required
  


• BLS Certification from AHA - Required
  

Job Description:

• Provide Nursing Care for Hospice Patients in both inpatient units and in-home hospice settings.
  


• Manage assigned caseload of patients assigned caseload of patients and lead the interdisciplinary team caring for those patients
  


• Provide assessments, care planning, pain management and symptom management and all other aspects of hospice nursing
  


• Administer Physician-prescribed medication
  


• Ensure timely and accurate submission of patient documentation and charting in adherence to client policies.
  


• Territories to cover: Zanesville, OH
