Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is seeking Inpatient Hospice RN for a 13-week travel / contract position in Missoula, MT. Accepting both local and traveler candidates.

Position Details:

Pay Rate: Range $2016 to $2052 Weekly Gross pay based on a 36-hour work week (Includes non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Mileage Reimbursement: $0.50/mile for distance covered between patient home appointments (Field visits only)

Unit: Home or Community 

Shifts available: Days, Varied 

Schedule: 36 hours / week guaranteed, 3 shifts per week, Mon-Fri with weekend and on-call if needed. Shifts are primarily in inpatient unit with potential to support in-home hospice visits as census demands.

Position Requirements:

• Registered Nurse: 1 to 2 years - Required
  


• Hospice Nursing experience: 1 to 2 years – Required
  


• EMR/EHR charting - Required
  


• HCHB - Highly Preferred
  


• Must have valid Driver’s License and Personal Auto Insurance
  

Education, License and Certification Requirements:

• ASN or an equivalent – Required
  


• BSN or an equivalent – Highly preferred
  


• RN License for State applying or Compact if accepted in the state - Required
  


• BLS Certification from AHA or American Red Cross - Required
  

Job Description:

• Provide Nursing Care for Hospice Patients in inpatient units and support in-home hospice visits as census demands.
  


• Manage assigned caseload of patients assigned caseload of patients and lead the interdisciplinary team caring for those patients
  


• Provide assessments, care planning, pain management and symptom management and all other aspects of hospice nursing
  


• Administer Physician-prescribed medication
  


• Ensure timely and accurate submission of patient documentation and charting in adherence to client policies.
  


• Territories to cover: Missoula, MT and surrounding areas
