About the Opportunity

The Quick Lane Advisor serves as a trusted point of contact for customers, helping them understand and properly maintain their vehicles. This position works directly with customers to identify service needs, explain available maintenance options, and provide knowledgeable recommendations.

We’re looking for someone who is outgoing, confident, and customer-focused. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, enjoys working with people, and can provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  Greet customers and discuss their vehicle maintenance and service needs

  Advise customers on recommended maintenance and available services

  Clearly explain service options, recommendations, and answer customer questions

  Coordinate with technicians and the service team to provide an efficient customer experience

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  One or more years of customer service experience preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Automotive dealership or large service facility experience preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Basic computer and office equipment skills

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication skills with a positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude
