Role Information

Location: Twin Lakes | 9840 Montgomery Road, Montgomery, Ohio 45242

Schedule:

Full Time - 7:00 AM to 7:15 PM

Part Time - 7:00 PM to 11:15 PM (20 hours per week)

You, our Ideal Candidate

You are a caring and dependable team player who takes pride in supporting others. You help our residents with their daily needs in a respectful and compassionate way, and your attention to detail ensures a clean, safe, and supportive environment for everyone in our community.

Responsibilities

Participate in shift change reports

Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility

Follow infection control and safety procedures

Collect menu tickets and assist with meal service and dining experience

Launder residents' belongings

Support resident admissions, transfers, and discharges

Perform other duties as assigned by nursing staff

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous experience in a continuing care retirement community or hospital preferred

Strong customer service orientation

Ability to pass a pre-employment background check

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
