Race & Sports Supervisor - Boulder

Description: 

Responsible for all operations of Race and Sports Book. Supervise all personnel assigned to the Race and Sports Department. Supervise all procedures and controls for the Race and Sports book. Ensure that all GCB rules and regulations are adhered to at all times, maintain all Title 31 and Race and Sports Book Internal Controls, and administer quarterly and yearly training in Title 31 and GCB Regulations.

 Qualifications:

Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management. Previous Race and Sports supervisory experience preferred. Proficient in computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CBS/LVDC Race and Sports computer systems. Gaming Licensing required. Understanding of pari-mutuel and Book Holding Percentages, and able to hand pay Guests without assistance of computer system. Understanding of all aspects of scheduling, ordering supplies, contracts and administrative functions of the Race and Sports Department.
