Racquet Sports Pro Shop Attendant – Part Time
Summary: The Pro Shop Attendant is responsible for providing a warm, welcoming environment for members and their guests.
The primary hours required for this position are Tuesday and Thursday, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm and Sunday 1:00 to 7:00 pm.
Responsibilities:
- Work as directed to support the mission and values of Atlanta Athletic Club
- Maintain tennis/pickleball court reservation system
- Provide information about products and services available in the Pro Shop
- Use POS system to charge program fees, guest fees, and merchandise sales to members’ account
- Answer and route all incoming calls and take messages as needed
- Maintain a tidy and presentable front desk area
- Empty trash, vacuum, clean courts, provide towels, cups and ice for members and guest
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to obtain a City of Johns Creek Pouring Permit
- Outstanding customer service skills and a pleasant personality
- Must be able to work holidays when necessary
