Radiologic Imaging Clinical Supvervisor

Inova Emergency Care Center/Reston is looking for a dedicated Radiologic Imaging Clinical Supervisor to join the team. This role will be a Full Time.

Radiologic Imaging Clinical Supervisor Job Responsibilities:

• Applies advanced knowledge and skill to perform routine and difficult examinations by using independent judgment.

• Assists in the development, review, and implementation of policies and procedures, including but not limited to quality assurance/control programs.

• Resolves physician complaints regarding clinical performance.

• Effectively triages patients to ensure timely and appropriate care.

• Maintains a strong understanding of radiation safety and protection principles.

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Certification - Basic Life Support ; American Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certified as a Radiologic Technologist

• Licensure - Licensed Radiologic Technologist, Must be licensed as required by the state of employment if employed at an Inova Health System free-standing Imaging Center not affiliated with an Inova hospital

• Experience - Five years of Diagnostic X-ray experience in a hospital/healthcare environment 

• Education - Associate Degree Radiology Graduate of an accredited school/program of radiography
