Radiology Coordinator, JCCHC

The ETSU College of Nursing invites applications for a full-time Radiology Coordinator for the Tennessee Breast and Cervical Screening Program.

This position manages documentation, scheduling, claims, and follow-up for program participants. This role coordinates radiology services with local Health Departments, including order entry, referral tracking, and report distribution. The coordinator also supports the Radiology Department with scheduling, scanning, and technology management, including PACS and teleradiology systems.

• Knowledge of HIPAA.


• Ability to understand and appropriately use medical terminology.

• Ability to communicate effectively and show strong interpersonal skills.


• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding financial information and medical information.


• Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with staff and administrative personnel as well as with the public.

• Ability to multi-task work assignments.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.


• Four (4) years of relevant experience.


• An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a healthcare or business-related field.


• Three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience.
