Job Summary: The Radiology Technologist is responsible for performing high-quality diagnostic radiographic examinations in accordance with physician orders and established protocols. This role ensures patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process, maintains accurate imaging records, and collaborates with physicians and clinical staff to support timely diagnosis and exceptional patient care. The technologist operates radiographic equipment, adheres to radiation safety standards, and demonstrates strong clinical judgment, technical proficiency, and customer-service skills in an outpatient setting.

Qualifications
Required:
ARRT Registered or Registry eligible within 6 months
Nevada License in Radiography, Limited License if Registry is eligible.
BCLS- AHA
Quality Image review skills
Problem solving skills
Preferred:
· One year or more of experience in diagnostic radiography, preferably in an outpatient, orthopedic, or spine-care environment.
· Experience working with PACS/RIS systems and electronic health record platforms.
· Prior training or experience in orthopedic imaging, including spine and extremity radiography.
· Bilingual or multilingual abilities
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:
· Physically demanding, high-stress environment
· Exposure to blood, sharp instruments and other devices, body fluids and tissue, communicable diseases, chemicals, radiation, and repetitive motions
· Full range of body motion including handling and lifting patients
· Manual and finger dexterity
· Hand and eye coordination
· Standing and walking for extensive periods of time
· Lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 lbs
· Corrected vision and hearing to within normal range
· Working under stressful conditions
