The Role: What You’ll Do

Your mission is to ensure every member has a safe, world-class experience.

  Vigilant Supervision: Maintain a rock-solid safe environment on the firing line, ensuring all safety protocols are followed with a "safety-first" mindset.

  Member Concierge: Assist members with lane setups, basic firearm malfunctions, and shooting tips. You are the face of the club on the range.

  
  


• 
  

  Conflict De-escalation: Handle any safety violations or rule-breaking with a calm, firm, and professional demeanor. We aren't the yelling fear based type.

  
  


• 
  

  Range Upkeep: Help keep our world-class facilities clean, organized, and running smoothly.

  
  

Who You Are
