RCF Manager

- Manage and supervise staff to ensure that all residents receive the appropriate level of care.

- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

- Ensure that the facility is clean, safe, and well-maintained.

- Manage resident care plans and ensure that they are up-to-date and accurate.

- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure that residents receive the appropriate medical care.

- Manage the facility's budget and ensure that expenses are within budgetary constraints.

- Ensure that all staff members are properly trained and certified.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
