Requirements

Key Responsibilities: 

• Insurance Claims: Follow up on outstanding insurance claims to ensure timely resolution. 
• Team Collaboration: Work with team members to gather necessary clinical and billing information. 
• Payment Processing: Process and post insurance payments to patient accounts. 
• Customer Support: Answer insurance billing and payment questions from patients.
