Job Description - RDH - Tarrant County

Hours:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday is 8am -5pm

Tuesday, Thursday 8am -2pm.

Currently looking for coverage on Mondays and Tuesdays, possibly also looking for a full -time hygienist (or additional part -timers).

Ideal Candidate:

Professional but approachable, good with kids and adults, good at explaining procedures to patients, great clinical skills, team player

We are working to build long -term relationships with our patients, and we therefore want to look at their needs and develop action plans to meet their goals. We are not interested in pushing services or meeting quotas. As a private practice, we are looking for a hygienist who shares this mindset.

Requirements

Basic Skills:

Use of intra -oral camera, Charting, Instrument sterilization, Basic, restorative tray set -ups

Patient Care:

Routine Scaling, Deep Scaling curette Ultrasonic, Perio probing and charting: Manual computer psr, Patient education, Explaining treatment needs (operative, surgical, etc.), New patient exam charting

Software:

Eaglesoft

Experience:

1 -3 years
