Reach Climbing - Birthday Party Staff

Here at Reach Climbing and Fitness, we pride ourselves with having a vibrant, community-focused gym where people of all ages come to climb, move, and have fun. We host awesome birthday parties that provide kids an unforgettable experience in a safe, supportive environment — and we’re looking for energetic, responsible staff to help make them happen!

Position Overview:
As a Birthday Party Staff member, you'll lead and support kids' birthday parties from start to finish. You'll be responsible for creating a fun, exciting, and safe atmosphere while assisting with activities, games, party room setup, and cleanup. This is a perfect role for someone who enjoys working with kids, has a positive attitude, and thrives in a high-energy environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet birthday families and guests upon arrival


• Lead climbing activities and ensure safety protocols are followed


• Engage kids in games and activities during party time


• Help with party setup, food service, and cleanup


• Communicate with parents and guardians to ensure a smooth event


• Represent Reach Climbing and Fitness with a friendly and professional attitude

Requirements:

• Must be 15 years or older


• Weekend availability is a must


• Comfortable working with children and leading groups


• Positive, energetic, and reliable


• CPR/First Aid certification is a bonus (or willingness to obtain)
