A leading law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its Miami office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing developers, investors, lenders, private equity sponsors, and institutional clients in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.

Ideal Background

• 3–6 years of commercial real estate transactional experience
• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, leasing, and secured financing transactions required
• Experience representing developers, investors, lenders, landlords, tenants, or institutional clients preferred
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage transactions and work directly with clients
• Experience handling complex commercial real estate matters from inception through closing
• Excellent academic credentials
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
• Florida bar admission required or ability to become admitted
