Location: Miami, FL. This is a hybrid opportunity with meaningful flexibility. Attorneys are expected to maintain an active presence in the Miami office, but there is no fixed number of required in-office days.

Note: Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Florida and have 3+ years of sophisticated transactional real estate experience, including at least 2 years of experience involving real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financing.

Job Description

• Handle sophisticated commercial real estate transactions from initial structuring through closing.
• Represent clients in acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate assets.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage financing documents and transaction agreements.
• Conduct due diligence and coordinate complex deal processes involving clients, lenders, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
• Advise clients on transactional strategy, risk, and deal structure.
• Support leasing, development, hospitality, and other real estate matters as experience and client needs require.
• Manage multiple sophisticated transactions while delivering responsive, high-quality client service.
• Collaborate closely with partners and other attorneys on complex and high-value matters.

Qualifications

• Florida Bar license required.
• 3+ years of sophisticated transactional real estate experience.
• 2+ years of direct experience with real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financing.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Major law firm experience preferred.
• Experience with leasing, development, or hospitality transactions is preferred.
