Pay: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year

Job Description

• Manage a caseload involving real estate and community association litigation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other substantive legal documents.
• Handle depositions and help drive matters strategically toward resolution or trial.
• Serve as general counsel to community association clients on real estate and common interest development matters.
• Assist clients with general real estate transactions and related legal issues.
• Work directly with clients as both an advocate and trusted legal advisor.
• Independently manage multiple matters, priorities, and deadlines.
• Collaborate with an experienced legal team while taking meaningful ownership of your cases.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar membership in good standing.
• 5+ years of relevant litigation, real estate, corporate, or community association law experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Experience independently managing matters and competing deadlines.
• Strong client communication and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
• Community association or HOA law experience is especially valuable but not required.

• 5 years: $150K to $160K 
• 6 years: $160K to $170K
