What you will be doing:

• Manage and expand an existing portable book of business (minimum $500K required)


• Serve as lead counsel on complex real estate matters and transactions


• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive continued revenue growth


• Collaborate with other partners and practice groups across offices


• Provide strategic legal advice on leasing, transactions, and real estate disputes


• Support firm growth initiatives through business development efforts

Experience you will need:

• Current Partner-level attorney with an established practice


• Minimum $500K portable book of business (required)


• Industrial leasing (New Jersey focus required)


• Commercial real estate transactions


• NYC condo/co-op law (litigation experience preferred)


• Proven track record of client development and revenue generation


• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills


• Licensed and in good standing in relevant jurisdiction(s)
