A dynamic real estate group in Newton, MA, is hiring ONE (and only 1) highly driven agent to join our team and assist with inbound leads! You will make outbound calls to new leads and work closely with the team lead to close deals. You MUST be located near Newton and willing to travel for showings and appointments. This is a unique opportunity to grow alongside experienced professionals while concurrently building your book of business. We provide a steady supply of leads for you to convert into appointments daily.

If you’re not comfortable making calls, crafting emails, and maintaining good daily habits, this is NOT the job for you. We value those who are comfortable ASKING for help and taking the initiative to figure things out.

You will receive the coaching, support, and systems necessary to grow your real estate business and increase your income. However, success will depend on your skill, determination, and intelligence. This position is perfect for someone who is ambitious and willing to put in the work. You MUST be a self-starter and highly dedicated.

While working with our inbound leads, we’ll also help you cultivate your own sphere of influence, providing you with business opportunities for years to come.

We're a small, tight-knit team based in Newton, MA, and we’re looking for one agent who is comfortable working throughout the Greater Boston area.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, tech-savvy, quick thinker, licensed real estate agent, fun-loving, and a natural at building rapport and making clients feel at ease.
