Job Description - Real Estate Development - Senior Manager/Manager, Regional Facilities

THE TEAM

The mission of the Real Estate Development Department is to develop our premier real estate network, with continuous improvement of existing spaces and entrepreneurial, selective expansion of new spaces.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing, and our Facilities team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for maintaining the aspirational look and feel of our world-class spaces. As the Senior Manager/Manager, Regional Facilities, you will oversee day-to-day facilities management as well as engaging in best-in-class programs in space maintenance and repairs in your specific region. THE ROLE

As the Senior Manager/Manager, Regional Facilities, you will:

  • Guide the effective planning and upkeep of our physical spaces through structured maintenance strategies.
  • Ensure spaces are maintained to the Aritzia standard, on time and for the right price.

The Senior Manager/Manager, Regional Facilities has:

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 USD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
