Job Description - Real Estate Litigation Attorney

Job Description:
Larkin Hoffman is seeking to add an Associate Litigation Attorney to join our Real Estate Litigation Practice Group. This successful candidate will work closely with our current real estate litigation attorneys to support numerous clients with real estate, land use, construction, and environmental matters. The successful candidate will possess three to five years of prior experience in commercial, business, or real estate litigation matters, and be admitted to practice in the state of Minnesota. This position will involve representing clients in a wide variety of real estate and construction disputes.

Education and/or Experience:

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited United State law school.
Licensed to practice law in the state of Minnesota.
Preference given to candidates with one to three years of experience in Real Estate Litigation
