Position: Rebar Associate

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a Rebar Associate to join our team on a full-time basis. The Rebar Associate will be responsible for assisting in the fabrication, assembly, and installation of rebar structures for various construction projects.

Schedule 6 AM  M-F, some weekends 

Key Responsibilities:

- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and dimensions of rebar structures

- Fabricate and assemble rebar cages and structures according to project requirements

- Cut, bend, and tie rebar using various tools and equipment

- Assist in the installation of rebar structures on construction sites, ensuring accuracy and quality of work

- Follow all safety procedures and regulations to maintain a safe work environment

- Maintain tools and equipment, reporting any malfunctions or damages to the supervisor

- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project deadlines are met

- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in rebar fabrication and installation

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

- Familiarity with rebar bending and cutting equipment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision

- Physical ability to lift and manipulate heavy rebar structures

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
