Re-Bath is seeking a hands-on Retail Field Team Leader to support and grow our Home Depot or Lowe's retail channel. This is an opportunity for an experienced retail leader who enjoys coaching people, building store relationships, and using performance data to make better business decisions. You will lead Brand Ambassadors across an assigned store network, partner with retail leaders, and turn opportunities into measurable improvements in lead generation and appointments.

Reporting to the National Accounts Coordinator, you will combine in-store field leadership with performance analysis, action planning, and day-to-day execution. This is not a desk-only role.

What You'll Own

• Lead, coach, onboard, and hold accountable a team of Brand Ambassadors across assigned Home Depot or Lowe's stores.


• Build productive relationships with Store Managers, District Managers, and retail associates through regular store visits and business reviews.


• Analyze store-level leads, appointments, conversion rates, and year-over-year performance; identify gaps and growth opportunities.


• Create and execute practical action plans for underperforming stores, track progress, and communicate results to leadership.


• Observe performance in the field, deliver hands-on coaching, and reinforce effective lead-capture and appointment-setting practices.


• Partner with Brand Ambassadors to train store associates to identify remodeling opportunities and generate qualified Re-Bath leads.


• Coordinate field priorities, scheduling and store coverage; follow through on commitments and maintain timely reporting.


• Work with the National Accounts Coordinator to align field execution with broader channel strategy.

What Success Looks Like

You build a team that executes consistently, strengthen key retail relationships, and improve lead volume, qualified appointments, lead-to-appointment conversion, Brand Ambassador productivity, and results in underperforming stores. You can explain what the data shows, what actions you took, and what changed.

What You Bring

• At least 3 years of retail experience, including experience coaching, supervising, or leading employees.


• Ability to interpret performance reports, spot trends, and put improvement plans into action.


• Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, and follow-through skills.


• Confidence working independently across multiple locations while staying aligned with leadership.


• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, ability to travel throughout the assigned territory, and weekend availability.

Especially valuable: 5+ years in retail; multi-store, district, regional, or field leadership; big-box retail experience (particularly Home Depot or Lowe's); proficiency with Excel and performance reporting. A college degree is welcome but not required.

Schedule, Travel & Compensation

This is a full-time, field-based position involving regular store travel throughout Michigan and Northwest Ohio. Weekend availability is required, and travel may increase as the retail footprint expands. Hourly pay is $23.00-$26.00 based on experience and qualifications, with mileage and potential additional incentives based on individual and company performance.
