Receiving Associate

Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 1PM -10PM

Position Overview

The Receiving Associate plays a key role in ensuring the accurate and efficient flow of materials into the warehouse. This position is responsible for unloading shipments, inspecting incoming materials—particularly electrical components—and maintaining precise inventory records. A strong eye for detail and commitment to safety are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and verify all incoming shipments
• Inspect materials for accuracy, damage, and correct part numbers
• Update inventory systems and apply proper labeling
• Stock materials in designated warehouse locations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area
• Cycle counting

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or receiving experience preferred
• Ability to lift to 75 lbs repeatedly
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Familiarity with electrical parts is a plus
• Must have steel‑toe shoes
