Reception/Administrative
Assistant
Our client, one of the world's most diverse service companies, is currently
looking for a star receptionist to join their team.
A competitive salary is offered to the successful candidate.
Duties include answering phones, distributing mail, and general office tasks
including faxing, filing and photocopying.
Excellent communication skills and professional demeanour required.
Responsibilities:
- Telephone switchboard - answering and directing any incoming phone calls.
- Processing incoming & outgoing mail and couriers
- Branch accounting functions - A/R and A/P
- Providing administrative support including client correspondence, mail-outs,
special project or event coordination
- Maintenance of all office equipment and tenant office issues (as well as
arranging for any repairs, IT support etc)
- Management of branch filing system and creation/maintenance/coordination
of customer files and contracts
- Ordering of stationary & office supplies
