Summary
Performs general receptionist duties and develops a general understanding of veterinary terms, procedures, services, and medications.

Clear, speaking voice for telephone answering.
Able to count money.
Computer literacy.
Pleasant personality to deal with clients.
Can show empathy and kindness and able to handle and diffuse certain situations that may arise.
Friendly and kindness to others a must.
