Receptionist

We are looking for a Receptionist who will serve as the first impression of our firm. This role is more than answering phones and greeting guests; it is about creating a professional, welcoming, and organized experience for every client and team member who walks through our doors.

What You Will Do

• Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
• Answer and direct incoming calls with clarity and confidence 
• Manage the front desk, including mail, deliveries, and scheduling 
• Support attorneys and staff with administrative tasks 
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area 
• Handle data entry, scanning, and filing 
• Assist with calendar coordination and meeting logistics 
• Provide general office support to keep daily operations running smoothly
