Responsibilities:

• Great front presence and personality for any and all coming in.  

• Meet and greet customers/ vendors, 

• Schedule internal and external meetings, set up meeting rooms, order catering services. 

• Answered all incoming calls, directed them to proper departments or take messages. 

• Assist in daily business of managers, perform administrative work, research, filing, sorting and distributing mail. 

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
