RECEPTIONIST

Position: Receptionist

Jonesbororealtycompany is a leading real estate company that specializes in providing quality properties to our clients. We are currently seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our company.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner

- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate departments

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages

- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the team

- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying

- Keep track of office supplies and place orders when necessary

- Handle inquiries and provide basic information about the company and its services

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective operations

- Other duties as assigned by the management team

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Professional and friendly attitude

- Real estate knowledge is a plus
