Responsibilities

• Answer multiple phone lines, screen and direct calls
• Take and relay messages or provide information to callers
• Greet visitors entering the office and direct them to the correct location
• General administrative and clerical support
• Receive and sort mail and deliveries
• Tidy and maintain the reception area
• Order office and kitchen supplies

Requirements

• Must be very dependable
• Must have a professional personal presentation and professional manners
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively and professionally with customers and coworkers
• Professional demeanor, reliable and well-spoken with excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of outlook, word and excel (MS Office)
• Ability to multitask in fast paced environment
• Must have impeccable attention to detail with high degree of accuracy and follow through
• Must be able to work independently with minimal direction or supervision
