Our office is looking for someone to work as Receptionist. Looking for someone with an outgoing personality but who can be very focused and can multitask. Busy practice. Never a dull moment. Needs to be an independent worker and doesn't require strict supervision.

Having a bright and welcoming personality, as you’ll often be greeting clients into the spa

Impeccable communication skills, as you’ll be answering incoming calls, emails and other communication

Multitasking, as you’ll take care of our clients, but also assist the Spa Manager with projects and tasks

Bilingual- English and Spanish.
