Receptionist

Now, we’re looking for a Receptionist who embodies that same spirit: someone who’s friendly, organized, and ready to wear a few hats throughout the day. If you enjoy making people feel welcome and thrive in a busy environment, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the friendly face and voice of our dealership, greeting all customers and guests with a positive attitude.


• Answer incoming phone calls, relay messages, and direct calls or visitors to the right team member.


• Work closely with the sales, office, and internal teams to keep things running smoothly.


• Schedule and coordinate dealership drivers for deliveries.


• Input gas invoices, reconcile statements, and handle petty cash.


• Enter accounting information into our dealership software, stock in new vehicles, and process vehicle deposits.


• Keep the customer lounge and breakroom tidy and inviting, making coffee, straightening up, and letting management know if anything needs attention.


• Tackle other tasks as needed, no two days are exactly the same!

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent listening and communication skills, with an outgoing, positive personality.


• Professional appearance and a desire to grow and learn.


• Punctual, reliable, and comfortable with a flexible schedule.


• Comfortable with basic computer tasks and open to picking up new skills.


• Dealership or basic accounting experience is a plus, but not required, if you’re eager to learn, we’ll support you.
